The 34th Annual Autism Conference is just around the corner! We’re delighted to welcome you to the Sheraton Monarch Place Hotel in Springfield, Massachusetts, on Thursday, April 30, 2026.

We’ve compiled a few final details to help you prepare and ensure a smooth and successful experience.

Date/Time: April 30, 2026, 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Arrival: Doors open at 8:00 for breakfast and some vendor visits.

Location: Sheraton Monarch Place Hotel, One Monarch Place, Springfield, MA, 01144 (Map)

Parking

Great news! We’ve arranged FREE parking for you the day of the conference! After you park in one of the available garages noted below, bring your ticket with you and validate it at the coat check desk near registration. Your free parking is available only in the following locations:

    • Hotel garage (Sheraton Springfield Garage -Monarch Place), One Monarch Place
    • I-91 North Garage - 1870 East Columbus Avenue
    • I-91 South Garage - 1620 East Columbus Avenue
    • Parking will not be validated without a ticket in hand, and parking will not be validated for any other garages.
    • Tower Square/Springfield Marriott Garage is NOT a free parking option, and tickets from there will not be validated.

Breakout sessions are small, focused sessions that allow participants to explore specific topics in more depth.

Conference Day

Exhibitor Passport: When you visit an exhibitor, be sure to have them initial your passport card. Once your card is full, you can enter a drawing to win a gift card! The passport will be in your welcome bag.

Information Desks: Two information desks will be available to you. One will be located next to the registration table and the other will be located on the lower floor. Their locations will be noted on the map in your welcome bag.

Please note that we will observe the following practices to keep attendees as comfortable as possible:

Scent‑Aware Environment

    • Attendees are kindly asked to refrain from wearing strongly scented perfumes, colognes, body lotions, essential oils, and hair products.

Sensory‑Friendly Spaces

    • Two sensory‑friendly rooms are available for attendee use.

Food‑Related Notes

    • Gluten‑free menu items are prepared in the hotel kitchen that also handles flour.
    • Nut‑free menu items are prepared in the hotel kitchen that also handles peanuts and tree nuts.
    • There will be a dairy free, and vegetarian option for lunch.
    • We will provide an ingredient list for all food items.
